How hard is it to get a job right out of college

I have heard stories that when people get out of college they have a job lined up for them. #jobs

Hi, good question. I would apply early as someone else said, do a lot of research on companies and careers and if you can do an internship with 1 more companies...both of my daughters did this and got jobs with the same companies that did their internship.

I recommend applying to jobs before you actually graduate. Sometimes it can take up to 3 months for the interview process and actual job offer. To have a job lined up I recommend going to job fairs while in school or even start networking on LinkedIn. LinkedIn can connect you with recruiters who are hiring. You can also talk with your professors who may be able to direct you to open positions with in your field. I also recommend talking with family/friends who can connect you with those who are hiring. This can help with having connections to help you find a job.
