What majors set you apart form the crowd for med school?
I’ve heard that a general bio major is the easiest pick for a pre-med major. What other majors would prepare you for med school but set you apart from the crowd? #premed #health #majors

Allen’s Answer
Do not pick a major based on what would look good for medical school. Schools accept any major provided you have good entrance scores and volunteer experiences. Pick a major based on what you are interested in, with emphasis on having a vision of making the world a better place and you being successful and happy.

I would echo engineering, or any technical degree to correspond. Another thing to consider is internships, EMT training, or other relevant job experience that can separate you from the pack.
