Aerospace Engineering
I'm a Junior in highschool and i have an interest in aerospace engineering. I wanted to ask a few questions about the field.
Questions:
What are some of the classes that I can take right now in Highschool that would help make it easier? (I know physics is probably a major one.)
What is the job market like and how stable is the work? Also, what are the major companies that are hiring?
What is the an average day like when on the job?
Thanks for your time #engineering #aerospace-engineering #aerospace #aeronautics

Mrs. Silva's answer is excellent and right on point. When I was in Aviation HS, I took all the advance placement Calculus, Physics, Science, Drafting (technical drawing) and math courses, and there was also a pre-engineering course. Some of these classes had college credits. All these classes made me realize that I don't want to be an engineer, but they made my life easy once in college. I was able to get my Bachelors degree in Aircraft maintenance management in just over 2 years. Keep in mind, the harder you work now, the easier it will be later. Good luck.
