is there any advice I can get in general? Any SPS people who can also help? Or previous Job Corps students?
I'm a student in Job Corps waiting to get into security training, for one thing, I noticed I'm starting to struggle a bit with school(specifically keeping on with my tasks). Just a little piece of advice that just helps you get through the day will help.

Hello Ayva! Waiting can sometimes be a source of stress. I'm uncertain if your current struggle is due to stress or perhaps something else. However, I do have a suggestion that might help. Take a moment to just breathe. It might sound overly simplistic, but believe me, it's not. The pressures of schoolwork and the anxiety of waiting for something important can be overwhelming. After taking a few deep breaths, try to organize your school tasks into a manageable schedule, allowing for short breaks in between. These breaks can help alleviate some tension, and then you can resume tackling your tasks bit by bit. I sincerely hope this advice proves beneficial for you. Best of luck!
thank you so much!
