Nikki’s Answer

Why not both? Some of the very best administrators have "front line" experience as nurses and other health care professions and can speak to multiple sides of issues for the benefit of both patients and staff.

Rafael’s Answer

Deciding between becoming a nurse or a medical administrator in the medical field depends on your preferences and career aspirations. Nurses focus on direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patients, and providing emotional support. On the other hand, medical administrators handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating processes. Nurses require nursing education and licensing, while medical administrators may pursue degrees in healthcare administration. Consider your interests, skills, and desired level of patient interaction to make an informed decision. Both professions offer rewarding career paths with opportunities for growth and making a positive difference in people's lives!
