Joseph - After a little bit of research on the internet, your condition maybe treatable. I would check with your eye doctor.
An Aviation Medical Examiner will be able to give you more information:
Here is a web address of KCAA Approved Aviation Medical Examiners:
https://www.kcaa.or.ke/personnel-licencing/aviation-medicine:
Dr. Festus M. ILako is listed as an Approved KCAA Medical Examiners. He is also an approved FAA Medical Examiner.

Here is a website for the FAA AME Medical Examiners.
https://designee.faa.gov/designeeLocator
If you use the site, select AME in the search Criteria box.
There is a FAA Medical Examiner in Nairobi, his name is Festus Mwetu ILako,
He can give a First Class Examination which is what you will need to be able to fly as an FAA Licensed Airline Pilot. A 3rd Class is required for a Private Pilot, a 2nd Class is required for a Commercial Pilot.
Best Regards, Wayne

I’m not really sure what you mean by a “squint eye”. If you have a vision problem, you may not be able to pass a FAA medical, which is required if you’re going to fly. Here’s the list of FAA approved doctors called Aviation Medical Examiners or AME. You might want to find one and just call them to see if you could pass a medical exam with your eye condition. The cost to obtain your pilot certificates is substantial, although some organizations offer scholarships and grants. You may need to look into that if you’re interested.
