I found being as an elementary teacher is being caring, loving, and energetic in teaching all the time. The most important thing for teaching in Kentucky can be finding the most appropriate resource according to students’ differentiate situations. As a teacher, I will focus on not only students’ academic skills, but more importantly, their social emotional needs and developments.

The outlook for elementary teachers is good. In fact, it is rated as a bright outlook-which means should be lots of openings. I didn't know about online resources when I looked for teaching jobs, long ago. Now there are many ways to learn the facts.

Mostly the challenge facing this area is lack of basic materials for proper implementation of the studies. They teachers need to be more focused on the students individual ability , and they should do more to improve them.

But first and foremost, teaching methodology and instructional materials are expected to be more accurate and efficient because of the tenderly children.
