How do we know if our career paths are timeless?
I am going into Kinesiology in order to do Pediatric Physical Therapy- my dream job. I know that times change and during different times there is always a greater demand for one thing more than the other. How do you ensure that your career pathway will still be useful and needed? #hospital-and-health-care #health #therapy #physicaltherapy

The goal is to acquire comprehensive health and wellbeing knowledge so you can apply your skills across the entire care continuum and deliver values. Health care professionals are always in high demand. However, with care now becoming more personalized, connected and participatory, I'd highly encourage your to take additional courses in data analytics, digital health, or health IT. The healthcare industry is timeless. However, like any other industry, it is dynamic. I would suggest that you continue to learn in your journey in order to stay relevant. Learning or building one's knowledge in a specific or aligned field never stops and this continues throughout one's career. Stay abreast with latest advancements in the healthcare industry and apply for certifications to build your credibility. These certifications will also help you climb up in your career. These certifications coupled with experience will definitely take you a long way.
