Being a business manager does require a sense of calm, cool and collectiveness. If you are the type of person to panic easily, you will only ensue panic within your team and department. Staying calm as a manager provides several benefits for both you and your team, such as: Establishes team trust: When you stay calm, you're more likely to inspire trust among your team because they know they can rely on you to not get angry.

Hi Marco, in any business, being calm and cool, while also standing up for yourself is the best way to lead. Every manager must strike a balance between being a trusted colleague, and a respected leader. You don't want people to see you as a push over or as someone that does not impose consequences, but you want to be justified in all your actions. In an ideal setting, you need to establish to your co-workers early on that you are likable, and someone people can reach out to for help. They should not fear you. However, when mistakes are made, your employees should know that you will not tolerate deliberate shortcomings.
The bottom line is you should always be your natural self, and understanding. Be fun, be interested in the well-being of your workers, and be willing to learn from them as much as they are from you. No one knows the answers to everything, so if you are ever in a position as a manager, remember that everyone is human. Unfortunately, there are a lot of managers out there they see themselves as far superior to their employees; that is not good.
And in terms of your height, you are only in 8th grade so you still have a lot of years to grow.
