What is a good job that I could get from having a Masters in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology?

I/O psychologists study human behavior in the workplace and use theories and concepts from psychology. I/O psychologists are the doctors of the workplace; we assess what is going on in the organization, research previous methodology that has been used to change or fix the business, group, or individuals. Hi Shonte,

This is a field that is exploding right now. IOP graduates are in in high demand right now. Here is a link the an article posting on APA's website with some great information about career outcomes in this field. I hope this helps!
