George’s Answer
You and yourself, that is what holds you back. Fear of the unknown, uncertainty about what will happen, questioning yourself and your abilities.
Many things and people can hold you back, but that is because you allow it. So make choices, be accountable for the choices, and follow your passion, truly only you hold yourself back.

Rafael’s Answer
Making poor decisions.
Fear
Lack of knowledge.
Making poor decisions:
I played professional soccer and practiced martial arts. As a soccer player making $5k a month wasn’t too bad, but as a teenager didn’t know how to handle $5k, so I ended up into alcohol and drugs. I’ve been cleaned since then, but certainly that decision stopped me in pursuing a better path in life.
Fear:
I’m a real estate investor. This is new to me. I had the knowledge but taking it into action is a different story. The first or second deal takes you by your hair, but as soon as you get the hang of it, then everything else becomes easier. Same way in life or a career.
Lack of knowledge:
Wherever you choose in life, go and study, learn it, master it and then go into action. Put it to work. You may make mistakes but hang on, keep going and will see results. Is worth it. There is so much good in life.

Sometimes we might think "I can never do that", or "I don't have time for that". You are limiting yourself on these achievements. Try to figure out what you really want to do and then prioritize it in your daily activities. Sometimes it might mean we give up a social activity, or cut down on work hours (if possible), or get a babysitter to watch our child while we attend school at night. It can be possible to achieve your dreams. Keep your eye on the prize and keep driving forward to get it!
