If I'm going into a major that I don't know that I really like, what should I do?
I put the major I would want on my application as Physics but I don't think it'll be the right major for me but I don't know what major is the right one for me.

Hi Leonardo!
Speaking from my own experience, I was paralyzed by this fear going into college.
Thankfully, I reached out to my advisor, kept a close and personal relationship with them and made sure to check up with them often through the first year of college. In the end, I switched my major in my sophomore year and graduated in the same amount of time.
If you are worried about finishing in a certain amount of time, know that there are ways to still make that happen even if you switch majors after your first year. I ended up in a few summer courses, online courses and independent studies, but I was in and out in 4 years flat!
Take your time and don't rush it! I'm now going back for my Masters, so even after you graduate and work out in the world, you might find that your education needs some refining and going back to school as a great "next step" for you!
Good luck

Don’t worry! Many new students guess at their choice of major based on what they know at the time. College offers a chance for exploration to some degree, and every course helps you know yourself. What I did was go to my career center when I was unsure of my post-graduation plans. I had aptitude testing. This helped me add courses to make a sort of minor and gave me new focus. Another thing to do is get to know your academic advisor well. That will help her or him to help you. Make regular appointments with that person! It is very common to change majors, so relax and enjoy the discovery!
