Do you think that enthusiasm can be key to destressing and having a fulfilling life perspective?

A teacher in my class the other day mentioned that enthusiasm and positivity are extremely valuable in increasing life span as well as good mood. I have been attempting to remain more and more positive during my college application process and last year of high school. I personally feel that I've been feeling better with myself and with my friendships as a result of being more positive and avoiding negative thoughts that can ruin self-esteem. But I want to know what you think, so please comment below. #positive #enthusiasm #fulfillment #environment

People want to be around people that are uplifting. So yes, positivity offers value in the workplace. The key element, in my opinion, is that it shows that you are flexible and able to manage change. Employers love having employees that can take the tough times and find the silver lining. You'll inevitably have times in your day, your career, that you find frustrating or deflating. That is part of life. But if you can recover and move forward, then you'll be very satisfied. That is what is critical. That YOU are satisfied. The fact that an employer is happy with you is great, that your co-workers like you is super, but at the end, it is that you followed a path that brought internal satisfaction.
