I think I’m going to major in Psychology, but I don’t see myself as a therapist. What range of careers could I have with a Psychology degree, and what kinds of Psych classes should I take to determine which of them are right for me?
Also which of them have the most growth potential?
I am a high school senior, and the only Psych class I have ever taken is AP Psychology.

Psychology is a very interesting major that may not lead directly to any specific career-- even a career as a psychologist. However, a psychology degree can prepare you to work in human resources, as a member of a non-profit, as a social worker, and for many more jobs that I haven't named. If you want your degree to immediately result in a job, this may not be your best choice. However, it is a good degree that allows you to be educated on some very fascinating topics.

Hi Emma! Congratulations on graduating this year! The first question I'd have for you is why study psychology if you don't see yourself as a therapist? What is it about the Psychology field that you enjoy? There are lots of paths you can take with a psychology degree, but you should think about what you like about that particular field to determine if that's the direction you should go in, or if there's another major that would be better aligned with what you enjoy.
