Hi there! Here are a few tips:
Time management: Develop good time management skills to balance your academic workload, extracurricular activities, and personal life. Create a schedule, prioritize tasks, and avoid procrastination.
Effective studying: Find study techniques that work best for you. Experiment with different methods such as summarizing notes, creating flashcards, or teaching the material to someone else. Take breaks during study sessions to maintain focus and avoid burnout.
Seek help when needed: Don't hesitate to ask for help when you're struggling with a subject or concept. Reach out to professors, teaching assistants, or classmates for clarification or additional resources. Many colleges also offer tutoring services or study groups.
Get involved: Participate in extracurricular activities, clubs, or organizations that align with your interests. This can help you develop new skills, expand your network, and enhance your overall college experience.
Good luck!

I think the best way to study is to use more of your senses, sight, hearing, and touch. So definitely recommend writing notes, a lot of practice questions, creating audio recording of you going over answers to problems, and using different colors to write your notes. I would also say finding a quite place to study if that helps you.
I hope this helps!
