Thank you for your question. Many students have similar question. Firstly, you need to find out what careers you have interest.
Below are my suggestions:
1. Think about what you have interest, eg your hobbies, favourite subjects, etc and identify the related careers
Eg if you like music, would you like to be a musician, singer, musical artist, music composer, music producer, etc
If you have interest in maths, would you like to be an accountant, engineer, banker, financial analyst, maths teacher, etc
2. Find out more on these careers and determine what you have interest
3. Speak to someone who are working in these careers. Seek guidance from your mentor, school career counselor, your parents, etc
4. Shortlist 1-2 careers you would like to pursue
5. Explore the entry criteria of relevant subjects in colleges
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
May Almighty God bless you!

Hello Cassidy,
To ensure that you are doing what you are supposed to be doing, there are several steps you can take:
Understand Your Role: Make sure you have a clear understanding of your responsibilities and goals. This could come from your job description, project requirements, or discussions with your supervisor or teacher.
Set Clear Objectives: Break down larger tasks into smaller, manageable objectives. This will help you stay focused and give you a sense of progress.
Seek Feedback: Regularly ask for feedback from your supervisor, colleagues, or mentors. They can provide valuable insights into areas for improvement and help keep you on track.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new developments in your field. This will help you stay relevant and effective in your role.
Take Initiative: Don’t wait for instructions to come to you. Look for opportunities to contribute and take on new projects.
Maintain a Balance: Make sure you are taking care of yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally. This will help you stay focused and productive.
Reflect Regularly: Take time to reflect on your progress and adjust your approach as needed. This will help you stay motivated and focused on your goals.
