Hello Mickayla,
You posed a very interesting question. Although I am not a Marine Biologist myself, I did some research online for a few hours and came across a few websites that offered information relevant to your question. The one I think is best tailored to your area of interest was from Learn.org. I will link you to the article titled "What Can I Do with a Marine Biology Degree?" in my sources below. According to the aforementioned article, "Several job positions that are held by marine biologists include environmental consultant, wildlife conservationist, ichthyologist, fishery manager, marine biochemist and aquatic animal behaviorist" ("What Can I Do with a Marine Biology Degree?," n.d.). These are just a few of the jobs offered to individuals with a marine biology degree. As you can tell, this degree offers many options in terms of career paths. Once again, I encourage you to view the article yourself via the link below if you are interested in the information I offered.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to post them. Thank you for sharing your questions with Career Village!

The options for jobs with a degree in marine biology are endless and are only limited by your imagination! That is what my degree is in and I focus on marine mammals and animal behavior. I train seals, sea lions, polar and grizzly bears, eagles, and river otters. I have worked with dolphins and sea turtles, but have also worked in veterinary hospitals, with horses, goats and sheep, in retail, and at a doggie daycare.
Other options for jobs are in marine conservation, SCUBA diving, animal rehab, research, fisheries science, giving guided tours, education of the public (either in a formal or informal setting), and whatever else you can think of!
