The first step to get an answer is asking a question.
I think you should keep exploring by joining clubs, taking electives and potentially volunteering. Get active and jump at each opportunity that presents itself to learn or try something new.
Many people get trapped in a career almost by accident. I hope you are able to find something you truly love.

Dear Litzy,
Crafting Your Ideal Career Path
Embarking on the journey of choosing a career can seem overwhelming, particularly when your interests are diverse, such as fashion and problem-solving. Here's a roadmap to help you navigate this process and select a career that resonates with your passions:
1. Self-Exploration:
Begin by examining your interests, values, talents, and personality. Think about what you love doing in your leisure time, which subjects you shine in, and the type of work environment you thrive in. Gaining self-knowledge is key to identifying a fulfilling career.
2. Investigate Potential Careers:
Dive into various career options that combine fashion and problem-solving. Consider professions like fashion design, styling, merchandising, fashion marketing, or even tech or engineering roles that require innovative problem-solving.
3. Seek Expert Advice:
Engage with career advisors, mentors, or professionals in the fields you're drawn to. They can offer invaluable insights into the industry, job prospects, and the skills needed for specific careers.
4. Acquire Practical Experience:
Internships, part-time jobs, volunteer work, or shadowing professionals can provide you with real-world experience in different fields. This hands-on exposure can help you decide if a particular career path is the perfect match for you.
5. Pursue Education and Training:
Based on the career path you select, evaluate the educational prerequisites and training required. Some careers may necessitate specific degrees or certifications, so it's crucial to map out your academic journey accordingly.
6. Build Your Network:
Cultivate a professional network within your areas of interest. Participate in industry events, join professional groups or online communities related to fashion and problem-solving to connect with like-minded peers and potential mentors.
7. Experiment:
Don't hesitate to test different roles or industries through internships or short-term projects. Often, experiencing diverse work environments can illuminate what you genuinely enjoy and excel in.
8. Define Your Goals:
Establish short-term and long-term career objectives based on your interests and ambitions. Clear goals can steer your decisions and keep you on track towards your chosen career path.

Matthew’s Answer
Perform a self assessment of yourself and asked trusted parties to do the same to be sure they match up; see how your strengths and your passions align to fit a career choice. Read out to people in those roles to interview them about the day to day and see if it still appeals. See if you can job shadow for a bit and finally build a network of those folks to help get you "in the door"
