Good you are looking for a part-time job as a student! You may be able to create a job by asking neighbors, relatives or friends what services you can provide for them such as running errands, lawn care, child care, house cleaning, etc. Prepare a flyer which you can hand out or email which identifies all the things you are willing to do and include your flexible schedule along with any experience or skills you have.

If you haven't already, do some volunteering so you can add to both your experience and skills.
