Remember to keep that train of thought and recognize trends in different areas as well, it will be an asset to you in the future! My advice is to start reading up on GenAI. Several major companies have already invested in this technology and will continue to use it to develop new ways of automating processes. Microsoft's Copilot is a great GenAI application that is integrated into their suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc). As someone who has access to this program, I can prompt Copilot to summarize lengthy documents, emails and PowerPoint presentations. It can also craft email messages for you, analyze data trends in Excel, automate small tasks, and so much more. There are a number of emerging GenAI programs and in my personal opinion, learning how to write prompts and using them to analyze data will be some of the biggest near-term benefits. Also, it can help answer questions like yours!

Great question! I would recommend you look at marketing automation platforms, CRM's like Salesforce, and interactive demo technology like Consensus or Walnut. These are all tools that marketing uses to build, send and generate messaging.
