My advice: do what you really like, and keep learning.
If you like Math & Design, I would think an engineer type job would be best. Of course I would heavily warn you to really understand the level of math & design required for civil engineering. I know plenty of people who say they like something, only to be frustrated with the higher levels of whatever subject matter.
If you really like what you are doing, it will feel less like "work" and more like a hobby.
Good luck!

I would recommend pursuing Engineering initially especially if you are interested and are good in math. There are many opportunities to be creative in engineering during a career. As you proceed through high school and the first year of college you will know how strong your math skills are. After the first year in college it will be the time when you can make the decision to pursue marketing or engineering.
A manager in engineering or marketing needs to acquire a wide range of skills from people, technical, administrative and other skills and all things that you learn in school and life become applicable, so keep on learning. Skills you attain by working jobs in high school and college, no matter how minor they seem at the time, will actually help you later in life.

If you like to create and design, then you may lead more towards engineering. Also, you are comparing apples to oranges. A manager of any field requires years of experience - usually at least 10 to 15 years or experience for the manager level. You would likely start out in an entry level marketing position just as you would with a degree in civil engineering. Equivalent positions to a business marketing manager in engineering include a lead engineer or an engineer level III/IV (depending upon how many levels there are). There are also managers of engineers who may or may not be an engineer themselves. Some companies separate duties such that an engineer receives technical direction from a higher level engineer, but is managed by a manager.

Engineering as a degree is a great foundation to pursue traditional engineering careers or even pursue a career in marketing. If you like math and like to design objects, I'd recommend Engineering. It's a great foundation to develop analytical skills which are necessary in a multitude of fields.
