Can u get a MD in psychiatry after completing Bsc in psychology ?
Completed my 12th and want to be a psychiatrist through bsc psychology . Is it possible?

As above you need to go to medical school. A psychiatrist is a doctor that can write prescription medications. A psychologist did not go to medical school so s/he cannot write a prescription

No, you need to go to medical school and graduate then do a residency in psychiatry. You will need Biology, Chemistry and Physics prerequisits to get into medical school. No BA program in Psychology requires Physics so you will have to take extra classes.

No. You must first attend medical school, like the internal medicine or surgery docs. Then you acquire a specialty degree. It is a hard core, basic sciences, competitive curriculum as an undergraduate student. Usually undergrads take a biology or other science major. The risk there is, if you don't get into medical school -- and plenty don't -- then you have a BA degree that you can't do much with.
