I suggest studying the people who have done this before. This is a remarkably interesting question and an exceptionally large market. There is a tremendous amount of growth potential. Regardless, we must stick to the laws of supply and demand. The stories I have heard from people who build clothing brands centered around personal work at creating “demand” for their product (supply).
