Wow! I applaud your goal! Personally, I love all types of auto racing so I totally understand your desire to be involved. Of course you would need to pursue a degree in the medical field, probably an MD, or at the very least an EMT as part of the safety crew. I suggest you research careers in motorsports and specifically F1, if your heart is set on that. If there are some local racing teams in your area, try to get an interview or opportunity to observe them in action. Then they can help you make some connections. What an exciting dream! Go for it and I wish you well.

That's awesome that you love watching Formula One and want to pursue a career in medicine! I love watching F1 as well! Personally, my favorite team is Mercedes, even though they aren't doing so well this season.
Keep focusing on your studies, especially in science subjects like biology and chemistry. Doing well in these classes will set you up for success in college and medical school. After high school, you can go to college and earn a bachelor's degree. You'll want to major in a field related to medicine, like biology or pre-med. During your time in college, you can try and complete some certifications like CPR, AED, or a CCMA. With these under your belt, you can look for internships/jobs that will give you experience in the medical field. Throughout the F1 season, depending on where you live and which race is reasonable for you to travel to, you can apply to be a marshal/ volunteer for a couple of the races as they are responsible for the safety and security of the action on track and for the drivers! This way you will be able to combine your love for F1 and medicine!
Once you finish college, if its something you are willing to put the time and money into, you can look into going to medical school to become a doctor. This will take several years, but it's worth it! If you choose to continue this educational route, during medical school and afterward, try to gain experience in emergency medicine. This could involve doing internships or working in hospitals where you'll learn how to handle medical emergencies.
After becoming a doctor, you'll need to specialize in emergency medicine. This will give you the specific skills needed to work as a medic in F1. While gaining experience, try to network with people in the motorsport industry. This could involve reaching out to teams or attending medical conferences related to motorsports.
Remember, it's a long journey, but if you're passionate and dedicated, you can definitely make it to F1 as a medic! Good luck!
