Generally 12 weeks. I took the course years ago. I did do an "internship " after with so many hours to complete.
It was a very manageable amount of time.

CNA . certified nurse assistant course takes about 12 weeks training.
It's a good opener for people who would like to pursue nursing in future because you will have work under an RN and know many things in nursing and it will build in developing your passion for nursing.

Hey Letticia,

I took a CNA course years ago and it only took about 5 weeks for me to complete as I took an accelerated course. It did include on-site classroom hours, quizzes and then clinical days where you learned procedures and the proper technique on how to complete them according to your state. After completing the course and passing, I had to take a state exam to be certified which was an online exam and a practicum portion. Overall I would say, very easy!
