Practice, practice, practice.
Seriously. He worked hard for many years before he got his breaks in the business.
He also has innate talent, that you might not have.
My advice: Don't try to become "the next" anyone. Become the first "you." And be great at it.
Also, don't base your career decisions solely on money. Money, once you have enough for your reasonable needs, doesn't bring happiness nor satisfaction.
You're off to a good start, this question really made me laugh :-)
