Start spreading your CV far and wide to numerous companies, as there should be plenty of opportunities available. Your RN and patient background are valuable assets, and they'll certainly guide you in your training as a sales rep. While a bachelor's degree or higher is often preferred, your experience can make a significant difference. Be proactive and send out as many of your CVs as you can, and don't forget to utilize platforms like Indeed and other professional online services. With a bit of luck, you'll connect with a recruiter who can handle the outreach for you. Keep going, your perfect job could be just around the corner!

That's great.
Most of the manufacturers currently employ medical person to help us n their occupational health and safety measures.
I believe you can enrol for a post graduate diploma in occupational health and safety courses,we also have occupational health and safety certificate courses offered by bodies like NEBOSH which are internationally recognised.
You also need some experience within the occupational health and safety department having to be attached to a manufacturing or mining industry to have adequate OSHA experience.
Thereafter with such experience one can be able to secure such jobs.
However one also be attached to the Hospital Quality improvement and safety department where they are also task to address occupation and health safety concerns within medical institutions.
I believe such engagement can prepare one for future occupation health and safety career progression
