Steward "Tony"’s Answer

At your age, I believe that the John C Maxwell Leadership Program For Young People is a best and fastest way to start a career at such a young age and get you recognized as a trained professional, especially for the young people today who so desperately need these principles in their lives.

I am a 8-yr Certified Teacher, Trainer, Coach & Speaker with John C Maxwell and in my 30 years in business and community service, I have performed a number of motivational speaking engagements for a variety of businesses and sales teams.

I am also a comedian by nature, which helps in my talks with large groups, but motivation is a tricky word, because there are so many methodologies which require in depth study in visualization, hypnosis, NLP, speaking and listening skills as well as (not experience) but applied experience,

"You Can Motivate An Idiot, But All You Would Have Is A Motivated Idiot"
which I have witnessed from time to time. All excited and ready to go but that wears off quickly for many.

Which is why The Motivation of Leadership Trainer and/or Speaker will attract Motivation seekers as well as Leadership searchers. At a young age as yours, the future is in your hands with God's blessing, I pray for your success.

Steward "Tony" recommends the following next steps:

Read or Watch John C Maxwell and take notes.
Listen to other speakers i.e. Anthony Robbins, Oleg Cassini, Brian Tracy, etc.
Study subjects on influence, basic hypnosis, visualization techniques, comic perceptions, etc
write 15-minute presentations on a variety of subjects and test them out with friends and family (like what a musician would do)
Ask to speak at school (Reading Announcements, Score Calling, etc)
