You cannot. You have to understand how the human body works and how drugs affect it. This cannot be done with on the job training. You will need a bachelors degree which takes 4 years then a pharmacy program which takes 4 years. This is 8 years after high school.

In the U.S., graduation from an accredited pharmacy school is required to sit for the NAPLEX exam to obtain a pharmacist license. There is not a way to become a pharmacist without a college degree. You may, however, pursue a pharmacy technician position without a college degree.

Pharmacy is a career path that requires a college degree and much more education and training. It's a daunting path, not for the faint of heart or those seeking a quick career. I don't know why you seek this path without college, or if you're just curious, but if the idea of college and higher education seems too much for you, perhaps a trade school within the scope of your interests and abilities might be worth checking. If it's a cost issue, there are a lot of scholarships that never get awarded, so it's worth a search. But there's really no quick and easy path to a high level career.

In the US, that’s not an option. Some pharmacy schools allow you to only have 2-3 years of prerequisites before starting pharmacy school. However, you won’t be able to sit for the NAPLEX, which is required to become licensed, without graduating from an accredited pharmacy school.
