What can be helpful to get an understanding of what different employers are paying for Marketing roles you can look on their career websites and look at jobs that are available in New York State or in Colorado (you can filter job searches by location). Both New York State and Colorado have passed laws that require employers to include the pay range of that role on their public job postings. What this can do is provide you with a ballpark range of what companies are paying for these roles in a major markets like New York City or New York State. I encourage you to be mindful that salary and compensation vary based on location, so New Mexico will most likely have a different range than New York or Colorado or California for example. Salary is also dependent on factors like your years of experience, educational background, certifications, and other areas.
