Any summer programs still open for high school students?

My name is Savannah and I'm a rising senior in KS. I know I'm very late to the game with this one, but does anyone know of any online/in person summer programs that are still available for high school students? I'd love to find some stuff to boost my resume over the summer, but it seems like I've missed all the application deadlines for things :( . My future major is psychology and I'm also interested in science, history, writing, and business. If anyone knows of any summer programs or just ways that I can boost my resume this summer in general- please help me out!

Thank you comment icon I too am a rising senior and I am in the same boat as you. Yash Ghetia

Take online LinkedIn classes. The cost is $29.99 per month. You will be able to take business classes. You can get started at https://www.linkedin.com/

Check with your local library to see if they provide Kanopy. If so you can watch "Great Courses" on psychology, science and history. They will let you view a few courses each month for free.

Your local library will offer book clubs. This will give you an opportunity to learn in a group setting.

Karissa recommends the following next steps:

Aim to spend two hours a day

In terms of finding opportunities for your resume, try the following:
(1) Take the initiative to create your own opportunities (e.g. research project, create a new school club)
(2) Don't feel bad to cold call/email folks as not all opportunity will be advertised
(3) Follow large organizations within the industry (e.g. The real estate industry has ULI, NAIOP, etc.).
