Hey Ryan good question. There is no secret data list of everyone in the United States with their religious beliefs that companies look at when deciding to hire/not hire individuals, that much is for certain. Every company has a particular workplace culture and an important criteria that employers look at when interviewing you is deciding whether or not they think you would "fit in" at their particular workplace. If all your work experience is at religious institution, this may or may not change the potential employer's view of you (really depends on where you want to work).
If you fear that an employer may not hire you based on your work experience, changing the wording of your resume may help (not lying, but perhaps phrasing your experience in more neutral language). Do companies discriminate against people for overt reasons tied to your religion, no (but be cognizant that companies do take workplace culture into account when making hiring decisions).
I hope this helps and feel free to ask more questions should you have any.
Best,
Austin
