Hi, Conor !
It's never too early to prepare yourself for the exciting career working in the World Wrestling Entertainment field. There are some great things you can do now that may lead you to qualify for a position .
The backstage collaborators for the WWE do a variety of jobs, any one that you can choose to focus on. Positions that they usually have are Camera Operation, Makeup and Hair Styling, Audio Engineering, Graphic Design, Marketing and Acting, Public Speaking, Writer, and a backstage official which would be like a stage manager. So think about which niche you want to start developing first. You really can train to do a few or all of the jobs as non-athlete talent for WWE. Go to the WWE website (link is below) and read about any current positions to get an idea of what jobs they usually have.
Your first step would be to join a wrestling school to train as a referee, valet or a manager. Try The Wrestle Factory (link is below), Catchpoint, Monster Factory, Beat The Streets (link is below), Worldwide Wrestling Dojo which is located in Bristol, PA, and Spartan Wrestling Club which has a Facebook page. Also explore more. You can also consider working for the All Elite Wrestling (AEL), too. While you are in high school, ask the wrestling coach if you can volunteer being an assistant. This will give you familiarity before you train at a wrestling school and/or attend college.
If you choose a position that requires outside specialized training (Camera work, Audio work, Graphics, Marketing) you can consider attending college or a specialized school to get the training. Once you research more information about this, do come back here to Career Village to ask more questions that can help you along the way.
Best wishes !
