how long does it usually take to get a promotion in an autobody shop?
I'm a student at Job Corp trying to learn more about the work environment in an autobody and repair shop.

Hello Julio,
There isn't a specific range of time to be promoted in any job or company. you need to think the other way around. do your self the following questions:
-What specific skills and accomplishments set you apart from your peers?
- What feedback have you received from supervisors and colleagues about your performance and potential?
- How have you contributed to the overall success of your team and organization?
- How do you handle challenges and setbacks in your current role?
- What are your long-term career goals, and how does this promotion align with them?
Let's approach first what we have to improve daily as person and professional
