like how do i make healthy choices down the road and what great study habits would you have for me

- Short-term Goals: Set daily and weekly goals for both academics and athletics. These could be completing assignments, studying for a set number of hours, or hitting specific performance targets in your sport.
- Long-term Goals: Establish what you want to achieve by the end of each semester and academic year. This could include GPA targets, athletic performance milestones, or personal development goals.
Stay Organized:
- Organize Your Materials: Keep your study materials, notes, and athletic gear well-organized. This will save you time and reduce stress.
- Plan Ahead: At the start of each term, review your syllabi and athletic schedules. Note important dates like exams, project deadlines, games, and tournaments. (I love to use Google Calendar to keep track of all my important due dates--I keep it color coded for different classes and extracurriculars as well to keep easy track)
