The nurse anesthesia certification comes after you have completed a BSRN program. Make sure you are planning on attending a program that is certified. The BSRN programs are 4 year programs with another 2 years to obtain a MS in anesthesia.
You usually are required to do several years of critical care healthcare for experience prior to acceptance.

Masters in nurse anaesthetist is a good promising career in the medical field.
First you need to complete your Bachelor in nursing degree than get registered ant get internship program completed.
After board registration you need to get a hospital to work for or do observaship majorly attached to the theatre and with a view to learn more of nursing anaesthesia as it will help in developing your anaesthetic interest and skills.
Then you can get a college that offers master in nursing Anaesthesia that is recognised, the course takes about 2 year both theory and practical... after completing and graduating then you can be registered by the nursing board that registers master in nurse anaesthesiologist...for you to be able to practice.

To become a Nurse Anesthetist (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, CRNA), you'll need to follow a structured educational and professional pathway. Here's a guide to help you achieve this goal:
1. Complete Your Current Programs
Medical Assistant Program: Focus on completing this program successfully. The skills and knowledge you gain here will be foundational.
Pre-requisite Nursing Program: Ensure you complete all required pre-nursing courses with strong grades, as these are crucial for your nursing school applications.
2. Earn a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Apply to BSN Programs: Research and apply to accredited BSN programs. Your pre-requisite courses should help with admissions.
Gain Clinical Experience: While in your BSN program, gain as much clinical experience as possible. Consider working as a nurse assistant or in other healthcare roles.
3. Obtain RN Licensure
Pass the NCLEX-RN: After earning your BSN, you'll need to pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) to become a licensed RN.
4. Gain Relevant Work Experience
Work as an RN: Most CRNA programs require at least one year of full-time experience in a critical care setting (e.g., ICU, ER). Aim for high-acuity settings to strengthen your application.
5. Pursue a Master's Degree or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia
Research Programs: Look for accredited Nurse Anesthesia programs. Note that many programs are transitioning to the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, so consider whether a master's or doctorate aligns with your goals.

I am really grateful you took the time to answer this question.
As I read your answer, I believe I'm in a right truck.
I set my goals to get my CMA degree in next three months and finish my pre-required credits for nursing in next 5 months. I believe I can get a job as a Medical Assistant in a hospital that they can pay for my BSN, then I would continue working in every position as close as surgical so I can gain some more experience while I'm going for BSN.
Just a quick question, Is there any way that I get a job in ICU or ER before finishing BSN?

The requirement for obtaining a degree in Nurse Anesthesia is now a doctorate degree, masters programs have all converted to a doctoral program which means the road to becoming a CRNA is a little longer.
The most important step you need to complete is obtain a bachelor degree in nursing. This can be done several ways, I personally did a two year (associates) program and then completed an online bachelor program while working as an RN.
Many hospitals now require a bachelors degree to be hired. Generally you will need at least a year of Med Surg nursing experience before you can move to an ICU unit and most CRNA programs require 1-2 years of ICU experience prior to application.
The road seems long but just keep chipping away at it, stay motivated and focused on your goal. Patience and persistence will get you to your end goal of becoming CRNA.
Any nursing experience is valuable and will be beneficial as you work towards post graduate health care careers. Best of luck to you!
