I want to major in Cosmetology, but can not find a four year college that provides it, what should i do?
I want to major in Cosmetology but i cant find a four year college that has that major. Should i attend a four year college first and major in something related to cosmetology and then switch to a two year college or should i just major in something related to cosmetology instead ?

One way to pick a major and school is to think about what that draws you to cosmetology. Why is this what you want to do? Is it interest in health? Or maybe your skill in working with your hands, passion for interacting with people, or curiosity about the beauty industry?
Consider picking a major that allows you to explore these passions broadly. This will give you a unique perspective if you do become a cosmetologist and will be very helpful as a back-up if you change your mind later about your preferred job. As Jared mentions, many people change their minds and careers several times.
For example, maybe after doing cosmetology you will want to own and operate your own spa or salon. For that a major in business administration could be helpful. Or maybe you love exploring beauty and why people like what they like. You could major in sociology or in marketing to learn more about how people make decisions and form preferences.
When choosing a school, there are also factors that may be more important than the majors offered. Look for somewhere that's a good fit for you in terms of sense of community and makes financial sense (also realize some colleges that cost more may help you earn more later in life). If you choose a college that feels right then the career service office, professors, and students can help you pursue your career goals from there.

The reason you can't find a four year college with a cosmetology major is that pursuing that career doesn't require a four year degree. Attending a four year college will require a certain amount of investment (money and time) and you may not get a high enough compensation as a cosmetologist to pay off your college loans quickly (assuming you have to take loans, which may not apply to you). If your passion is in cosmetology, you can get there faster and most cheaply without going to a four year school.
However, attending a four year school and graduating from that school could help you to keep your options open if you're not 100% hell-bent on becoming a cosmetologist. Cosmetology skills aren't transferrable to many other fields, so gaining other more general skills in college could be advisable in case you decide later that you want to change careers down the line (This is almost guaranteed, by the way -- on average Americans change their careers 7 times in their lives).
As an aside, there's almost no argument I can think of for attending a four year college first if you plan to end up in a two year college. The transfer will result in a pretty significant disruption, and if you plan to graduate from a two year school, you should likely just start there as well.
