Hello Neha,
To find remote or online volunteering opportunities that focus on teaching or providing help, there are several platforms and organizations you can explore:

- [Teach for All](https://teachforall.org/): A global network focused on education equity. They have teaching and mentoring opportunities.
- [United Nations Volunteers (UNV)](https://www.onlinevolunteering.org/): Offers remote opportunities in various sectors, including education.
- [Learn to Be](https://www.learntobe.org/): A non-profit organization that connects volunteers with underprivileged students for one-on-one tutoring.

- [Career Village](https://www.careervillage.org/): A platform where you can mentor students by answering career-related questions based on your expertise.

Hello, Neha !
I am glad you are asking this question because it is not only great to do volunteer work but also gain experience doing it remotely with all the various remote apps and programs that are beneficial to learn. Advisor Chinyere's list of possibilities are outstanding and you should follow up with exploring them, seeing which ones you would like to pursue.
Something that I would like to contribute would be the idea of doing volunteer work for an Intergenerational Program. I left a link to an article about it for you below. This involves younger people making a connection with older people which serve to increase socialization for both people and it's a good way for younger people to hone communication skills and get to know new people for a wide range of personal development. It greatly helps older people in many ways that you can read about in the article.
Two cool organizations for remote volunteering in this way would be StoriiTime and Adopt a Grandparent. Unfortunately, StoriiTime is not taking volunteers at this time, but I have left their link below for you in case you ever want to check back. The intergenerational programs are often times done in person in case you change your mind. AARP’s Online Volunteer Opportunities can provide an experience, too. You can also look into the Virtual Senior Companion Program run by the Corporation for National and Community Service. Find out more at the AmeriCorps link below. Also check out Dorot at which you can do virtual friendly visits with seniors. See link below.
I am sure that there are many more virtual volunteer opportunities that you can find by doing a detailed search for what you'd like. Consider transitioning at some point to in-person, on site volunteer work so that you can have direct interactions and expand the duties that you do as a volunteer.
I wish you all the best with choosing a virtual volunteer opportunity and one that you will enjoy and gain much from as you contribute greatly to many people !
