Job’s Answer

I'll give you my advice. In order to excel and education you have to be very good at studying and taking an information and learning how to find the right information. This is all I managed to get very good grades all through law School.
Would you read an assignment make an outline of you as you go of the important points that are being made. If you can highlight the sentences. Keep that outline each time you read more you add to the outline when it's time for the first test you get out the outline and you make an outline for me the next test you'll make another outline now by the time you're in law school you get two tests one in the middle of the term and one at the end so I would make three outlines. It's a fact that if you write something down three times you should remember it or you will remember it better. I'll go from the outlines to making flashcards and try to make the points in as few words as possible. I would join the debate team to learn public speaking and research and how are you two sides of an issue. And finally I would see if you can get logic or reasoning classes in high school you can organize your thoughts so you can be much more productive I wish you the best

Dino’s Answer

Hello Murthada,

Thank you for connecting with us and asking such a pertinent question! I believe many students like you are eager to excel in their academic pursuits.

As an educator, my advice is always centered around goal setting. It's crucial to have a goal, and it should be SMART - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound. This principle applies to all life goals, not just academics.

Your potential and academic performance are largely influenced by your determination to achieve your goals. For instance, if your aim is to score high grades, you need to set a high target, say 99 in your Science course. By setting such a high target, even if you fall short, you might still score a commendable 95.

On the contrary, if you set a lower target, like 85, and fail to achieve it, you might end up with an 80, which might not reflect your true potential. Therefore, the rule of thumb is to set a high target. This will motivate you to strive harder, and even if you miss your target, you'll still achieve a high score.

However, as an educator, I want to emphasize that while high grades are important, the learning process is even more crucial. It's not just about the final number on your report card, but the effort and time you've invested in the learning process. This journey of learning and growing is what truly matters. Chase your dreams!
