It depends. If you like the job and company you are working for. It also depends if you are your own owner and work solo or have others work for you. One you should like what you want to do since you will do it for many hours in a day and years to come for most. You also have to match your skillset with your pay. If you have a specialization, expertise and additional knowledge that others in your area don't have. Then you should be charging/getting more. If on the other hand you are just out of school and will be in an entry level. Then the focus should be to learn as much as possible from others that have years of experience. No matter what you want to do a good job and take the time if needed, since a client complain can affect you in the longterm
