What did you do to get into Julliard's?

I'm worried that I might invest too much time moving from ohio to new york just to not get in or just to be so caught up in debt and not be able to get back home. Is it worth it?

Lirio’s Answer

Getting into Juilliard is highly competitive, so it's understandable to feel concerned about the investment. Many successful applicants focus on building strong skills in their area, whether it’s acting, music, or dance. They often take classes, participate in performances, and seek feedback to improve. As for moving from Ohio to New York, consider visiting first to explore the city and see if it feels right for you. Look into scholarships and financial aid options to help with costs. Connecting with current students or alumni can give you insights into the experience and help you decide if it's worth the investment for you. Ultimately, if you’re passionate about your craft and committed to pursuing it, it can be a valuable opportunity, but it’s important to weigh the risks and rewards. Trust your instincts!
