You might want to showcase it on a website, LinkedIn profile, etc. and then tackle subject matters and reach out to potential interviewees who are in your niche, whos/what fields you are most passionate about and write as many great articles in that field as possible. Constantly pen new pieces, no matter how low or high the payment may be. Look up prestigious magazines and newspapers that do consider unsolicited material or have open calls that might suit you. Always have material ready to submit, and collect ideas in a folder to have a bank. Build your portfolio and credibility, and as you move forward assist others who are in the same or in a similar boat, maybe just in an earlier stage in their career. Kindness does circle back, or maybe that is just what I would like to think.

Find online resources that either allow you to self publish or research through reliable sources for publishers. Do thorough research and email and reach out to professionals to advocate for yourself . Knowing how to self advocate and network are a huge part in being successful in any field. Advocate for yourself proactively until you have a solid network of people who can advocate for you as well! Look at publishing companies and contact them some even send you publishers if you manage to find the right sites and sources! Secondly, this is wildly popular in the age of technology, self publish! You can do this on online platforms like amazon, wattpad, create a website with weebly or wiki and share your work through those doing so until maybe the right people see your work. Don’t be afraid to market yourself and your writing.
