Hello Moises,
Being a teacher is first to recognize that each student is a unique being with thoughts, experiences and different styles of learning. Thus, the teacher must always demonstrate patience, goodwill and willingness to share knowledge and learn from what each student brings in terms of histories and cultures.
It is necessary that the teacher from time to time, evaluate your position as an educator in the classroom in order to see what can be improved and what deserves to be enhanced in the daily routine with the apprentices.
The learning contents have to cover a wide variety of styles, methods and techniques in order to meet the pedagogical needs of each student. Thus, it is essential that teachers update your practice teaching, attending meetings, studies, trainings and courses in order to gain more knowledge for the chosen career.
Education is an essential tool for the development and enhancement of every individual because elucidates knowledge, open paths, awakens talents and human potential. This is the challenge and commitment of every educator.
Success in your professional journey.

I worked in public schools for 35 years and with the field of education the way it is going, I would not go that direction. Luckily I was/am a speech-language pathologist and had many other opportunities available to me. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely loved my students, it was the administrative and paperwork hoops that I disliked. I worked with interns toward the end of my career and I told them the same thing. Look at the events occurring in Kansas and California. The state elected to take monies from education to balance the state's budget. Now they can't find qualified educators. Look at what is happening to Chicago and New York public schools. Many government officials feel they can take away from education without harm and that isn't the case.

I am an English teacher, we work with other teachers of all different subjects. We have 5 teaching blocks or periods per day, 1 prep period, and 1 lunch period. Depending on the grade level the work environment shifts. But generally we are teaching different cohorts of students each period of the day, typically teaching the same lessons depending on grade and level, and or prepping and grading work. I love working as a teacher.
