what do I need to be prepared for college and what should I do to make myself look good to colleges?
I'm a sophomore interested in the stem field specifically majoring in either aerospace/aeronautics engineering or computer hardware engineering. I'm currently in multiple stem-related clubs including robotics and science research as well as have a 4.0 unweighted GPA in AP Physics C, AP Calculus BC, and AP Computer Science Principles. I want to know what I should do to better prepare myself for college and how I can look better for college.

What stands out in college application is storytelling. Since you're interested in STEM field and involved in robotics and science research, I would strongly recommend start thinking about what you are passionate about the most and do research project on it. Whether it's solving the current issue of the field or contributing a novel contribution, this will help you not only learn about the field but helps with your application strong in the subject domain. You can either start this by your own at your school, or if you're stuck, I would recommend joining a youth community group like the Knowledge Society (https://www.tks.world). Personal projects like this can take you far!
Don't forget to enjoy your high school and make lots of fun memories!

Some universities will require you to write an essay as part of your application. They may ask you to describe the strongest influence in your life, or describe a defining moment in your life.
Have fun in high school. Its not 100% about your GPA. Good luck!
