I am not sure that anyone on this forum can give you an adequate answer to your question. Aaron is correct in that US medical students do not apply to the Match for Residencies until mid-point of the fourth year. Recent data shows that over 80% of students change their preferred specialty while in medical school.
I see that you are in Honduras. The "advantages" of either specialty can vary from country to country, even state to state within the US. Best to talk to a physician near you to discuss this question.
The Honduran medical education system is much different from the US system. "After three or four years of study, an individual will earn a university first degree or a licentiate. To specialize in medicine, students have to work for three years after they complete six years of undergraduate work, then complete a final comprehensive examination. " I am more familiar with Nicaragua where students start their medical training following high school, They study for six years then go onto residency programs to complete training and qualify for a license.
