As Mark Twain said once, "Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life."
I'd say the same about studies. Whatever you feel that you are particularly interested in or passionate about, you'll see that studying it will also just be much easier.
If I could go back in time I'd probably study Economics, Law or Computer studies as it normally give a good knowledge which later can be used in different areas.

Speaking from my own personal experience you should find what brings you joy and passion and learn more about those topics. So how exactly will you do that? Try and volunteer, get internships or read books about subjects you may not know about but sound interesting to you. If you are curious and have the desire to learn you'll find interests that inspire you!

When I was just a kid, my parents shared a piece of wisdom with me that I've carried throughout my life. We often hear about pursuing what makes us happy, but it's also crucial to remember that one day, our jobs will need to sustain us and possibly a family too. Plus, let's not forget that college tuition isn't exactly a bargain these days.
So here's a little nugget of advice from me to you - try to channel your academic and career focus towards the STEM-B fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Business). Look for a subject within these fields that you're naturally good at, because chances are, you'll find it enjoyable too. Once you've found your niche, immerse yourself in it and consider majoring in that area.
As for areas like arts, liberal arts, writing, history, and so on, unless you're the next big thing like Hemingway, Mozart or Taylor Swift, these fields can serve as delightful hobbies once you've established a career that can financially support you. In my experience, these fields might not be the best investment for college education considering the high cost of tuition and the relatively low pay in the job market. However, that doesn't mean you should abandon your passion for these fields. Keep them as hobbies while you concentrate on preparing for your future career. Wishing you all the best on your journey!
