An opportunity to gain experience in the Medical field is locating and joining a Explorer Group in either EMS or Fire. When I was in high school, prior to going to college pursuing a Nursing degree, I was an EMS explorer. I gained valuable experience during my time in the program.

In the region where I live, there are a few popular methods to acquire hands-on experience in the healthcare sector. Both of these paths necessitate some extra training and certification, but they can open doors to real job opportunities, even during your high school years.
The first option is to pursue certification as an EMR (Emergency Medical Responder) or EMT (Emergency Medical Technician). After achieving this, you can offer your services as a volunteer or even secure a paid position with your local EMS (Emergency Medical Service).
The second route is to get trained as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant). The demand for CNAs is consistently high, ensuring there are "always" job openings in this field.
Both of these paths not only provide you with valuable experience in these roles but also serve as a solid foundation for your future medical career.
Here's to your bright future and the success that awaits you!
