Hello, Sahil !

Your career interest of working in a call center for customer service at a help desk is very admirable and I appreciate that you have presented your concern here. Although no one can actually tell you who will hire anyone, I can give you some advice that may be somewhat useful.

You have insight because you realize that working at a support desk is all talking, so a fluent command of a language is needed as well as knowledge of the product or service and being detailed oriented. Since you recognize that you may not yet be prepared, there are some things that you can do to bring you closer to the work you want.

Since you must be qualified to do any job, you can work on improving your skills with the English language. Instead of trying to force it, gain more education through taking English classes. Work on the issue until it is no longer an issue.

Another thing that you could do is consider applying for remote work in countries that use your original language. You most likely can find remote employment notices on the websites Indeed and Linked In. Also do an internet search for other employment websites that use your language. It will be worth doing this until you feel confident about using English.

At some point, you can also consider teaching your language to non-native speakers. You can find these jobs at Indeed or on Linked In or other employment websites you find through doing a search on the internet.

I hope that this is of help to you and I wish you well moving forward !
