How do I work on developing my confidence in my career decisions when I feel like sometimes I could be going a different route Am I on the right path??
I started school as an undecided major before becoming a finance major. However,I sometimes feel like I could have made a different choice and pursued an alternate career that would be better monetarily and more fulfilling personally. How do I know I am making the right choice towards my career goals and how do I become more confident in my direction in school?

Most people love to talk about themselves and what they do! So don't be afraid to reach out to people (maybe through a friend of a friend, someone you find on LinkedIn, etc) and explain that you're super interested in XYZ career/job that they have, and could they spare a few minutes to chat with you about it. I'd ask them questions like what did they wish they knew before embarking in XYZ career? What has surprised them the most working as an XYZ? What advice do they recommend for someone like you who is interested in pursuing it but isn't 100% sure it's the right fit?

Talk to people in the careers you're interested in. Ask them how they got there, what their day is like, what they like and don't like about their jobs... Your career office in college should be able to hook you up with alumni in your fields.
