Achieving minor milestones is crucial to prevent larger tasks from feeling overwhelming. These time blocks can be as brief as 20 minutes, followed by a break.
Of course, having the necessary information to efficiently manage your workload is crucial, but our brains sometimes function differently. If you're struggling with concentration, try experimenting with different background music genres to see if they help you focus. For me, podcasts are the solution, but for a coworker of mine, she needs to listen to video game music or background noise.

Below are my suggestions:
1. Put down the time you need to attend school
2. Assign some time every day on your assignment, projects, etc. Review the material material covered in the class on the day. Ask the teacher if you have any question on next school day
